For the next <Enter the length of the protocol> my only goal in training is to get as many <Position Here> as I can. I commit to getting to at least 500 <Position Here>.

I also understand that in order to get better at <Position Here>, I need to let go the need to win every match. During this End Goal Method protocol, I will get submitted by people who are not supposed to submit me, and that’s perfectly fine. At the end of this period I will be better than I am right now and that’s the only goal.
